8.Tighten the braid of the cable 16 onto the split metal pushbutton, freeing the insulating layer of the dielectric to approximately the length of the central insulating sleeve 9, brush it off and cut off the end of the released center conductor 20 so that its end protrudes half the length of the metal sleeve 8.
The cable 17 is divided as follows.
The upper insulation sheath 18 of the cable 17 is removed from the braid 19 to twice the length of the stop sleeve 13. Pre-installing the gasket 7, install the stop sleeve 13, pull the braid 19 of the cable 17 onto the stop sleeve 13, release the insulation; The dielectric layer is approximately the length of the stop sleeve 13, cleaned so that the center conductor 20 protrudes half the length of the metal sleeve 8. Place part 2 of the housing flush with the end surface 21 of the cut off upper shell 18 of the cable 17, wrap the clamp tip 4, insert the protruding the ends of the center conductors 20 in the metal sleeve 8 and sealed. An insulating sleeve 9 9 consisting of two halves 10 and 11 is installed with an emphasis on the end sections of the insulation of cables 16 and 17, the braid 19 of the cable 16 is pushed over it to contact with the braid of the cable 17 by means of a push-fit metal sleeve 14 with slots 15. After that, the housing part 1 is wrapped around the tip 3 with the necessary effort to compress the braids between the stop sleeve 13 and the pressure split sleeve 14. Complete the operation of connecting the coaxial cables by sealing the resulting connection with the tip 3. For the coax nyh cables with a small outer diameter allows to obtain small values yuschim transition resistance shielding braids with small force x contractions, annular insulating gasket may be combined with the housing, both parts of which are made of electrically insulating material.
In comparison with the known assembly, the shielding conductors are contacted by directly clamping the braids between the thrust
и нажимной втулками с усилием, привод щим к см тию проволок оплетки, что обеспечивает надежное прохождение полезного сигнала в месте сращивани двух отрезков коаксиального кабел за счет надежного контактировани экранирующих проводников с большим посто нством величины переходного сопротивлени при широких диапазонах изменений температуры окружающей среды.and pressure bushings with a force that leads to braiding of the braid wires, which ensures reliable passage of the useful signal at the splicing point of two segments of the coaxial cable due to reliable contact of the shielding conductors with a large value of the transient resistance with wide ranges of ambient temperature changes.
