Abstract
The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy and can be used in the production of alumina from bauxite by the Bayer method. The purpose of the invention is to reduce energy consumption, increase the productivity of the process and accelerate the release of soda monohydrate. For this, a mixture of bauxite and circulating alkaline solution is prepared, subjected to wet grinding and autoclave leaching. The aluminate solution is decomposed, aluminum hydroxide is separated from the mother liquor. The mother liquor is divided into two parts. One part of the mother liquor is evaporated, soda monohydrate is separated from the circulating alkaline solution. Caustic alkali is introduced into another part of the mother liquor to a concentration of 310–400 g / l of NA 2 O in the solution, and the mother liquor is separated from the alkaline solution. The alkaline solution is mixed with the circulating alkaline solution from the evaporation of the first part of the mother liquor and sent for wet grinding. This method allows to reduce energy consumption by reducing the flow of the mother liquor being evaporated, to increase the productivity of the process by reducing the overgrowth of sediment in evaporator tubes and to speed up the release of soda monohydrate by 1.5 times.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce energy consumption, increase the productivity of the process and accelerate the release of soda monohydrate.
Shnhtu is prepared by crushing bauxite, wet grinding in mills with circulating alkaline solution. The resulting pulp is leached in autoclaves, the alkaline aluminate solution is decomposed by decomposition. Aluminum hydroxide is separated from the mother liquor. Uplipamnyu with obtaining -pulp from MOHormipara soda and circulating alkaline solution composition, g / l: 330.6; NasOug 13.1; Na Oktss 31 7, 5, AljO, 158.8 (NajOgzn / Na50oBuj, 3.9%). Soda monohydrate is separated from the circulating alkaline solution. Caustic alkali is introduced into another part of the mother liquor. The volume of this part of the mother liquor is determined by the amount of caustic alkali that is introduced into the process to compensate for its losses in the production cycle, caustic alkali is introduced into such a part of the mother liquor, in which, with the introduction of all the alkali, the concentration in the solution is 310-400 g / l Na OKoyc So, at the confluence of the caustic alkali into the part of the uterine p solution, with a concentration of 317.5 g / l in it. Get the pulp containing soda monohydrate and alkaline solution composition, g / l: Na, 0obui, 330.6, 13.1; NajOKayc 317.5; AUO, 80.2, (, 3.9%). Soda monohydrate is separated from the alkaline solution. The alkaline solution is mixed with the circulating alkaline solution from evaporation of the first part of the mother liquor and sent to the wet grinding of bauxite.
When caustic alkali is introduced into a part of the mother liquor to achieve a concentration of 310-400 g / l in it, NaijO ayc soda monohydrate is released as a solid phase without evaporation of the solution, while the need to achieve a concentration of 310 g / l is due to the fact that in this case (2.4 times) the solubility of soda monohydrate in solution decreases.
а при концентрации 400 г/л растворимость карбонатов снижаетс до минимума и дальнейщее повышение концентрации не приводит к дополнительному эффекту.and at a concentration of 400 g / l, the solubility of carbonates is reduced to a minimum and a further increase in concentration does not lead to an additional effect.
The proposed method, in comparison with the known, allows to reduce energy consumption by eliminating evaporation of a part of the mother liquor, increase the productivity of the process by reducing the degree of overgrowth of evaporator tubes, by 1.5 times increasing the release of soda monohydrate from the mother liquor against the evaporated mother liquor at the same caustic alkali concentration.
