Description
В качестве инициатора процесса известно использование гамма-облучени .The oxidation of trialkyl phosphites to trialkyl phosphates by various oxidizing agents, for example nitrogen oxides, with lead tetraacetate is known. It is also known to use for the production of oxygen trialkyl phosphates in the temperature and catalytic initiation of the process. The use of gamma irradiation is known as a process initiator.
50°.A method is proposed for producing trialkyl phosphates initiated by the oxidation of trialkyl phosphites with oxygen or oxygen-containing gas, which, in comparison with the known methods, allows to obtain pure target products in high yields. A feature of the proposed method is that light with a wavelength of from 2000 to 7000 A is used as an initiator and the process is carried out at a temperature of from -30 to 100 °, preferably from 10 to 50 °.
Electric lamps, fluorescent tubes, sodium lamps and mercury arc lamps can be used as appropriate light sources.
Two hours after the start of the process, the theoretical amount of oxygen is absorbed. The reaction product consists of 100% tri-p.-propyl phosphate.
Example 2. 210 g of tri-2-ethylhexylphosphite are oxidized in an oxygen atmosphere at -40 ° under irradiation with an 80 watt mercury arc lamp. Seven hours after the start of the process, 40% of the oxygen from the theoretical amount is absorbed. 105 g of tri-2-these l hexyl phosphate are obtained.
