Abstract
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and vibration technology. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of vibration protection due to damping of rotational oscillations. Under the action of the load, due to the fact that the balls 3 are placed in spherical holes on the mating surfaces with the housing 1 and the piston 2, the possibility of sliding and rolling them is excluded. Balls 3 experience, in addition to tension-compression, shear deformation, which provides reliable vibration protection. Due to the angular positioning of the elastic jumpers relative to the straight line connecting the centers of the balls 3, the angular relative movement of the balls 3 occurs during the turns, and the jumpers 4 are stretched or compressed, i.e. deform and absorb vibrational energy. 3 il.

3.The shock absorber includes a housing 1 with a piston 2, elastic elements arranged between them, each of which is made in the form of balls 3 rigidly connected to each other by elastic bridges 4, the surfaces of the housing 1 and piston 2 matched with the elastic elements It has a radius of curvature equal to the radius R of the ball 3, the height And is equal to (2 / 5-1 / 2) R, and the elastic bridges are at an angle to the straight line connecting the centers of the balls 3.
The shock absorber works as follows.
Under the action of a load in a horizontal or vertical direction, the force from the supporting portions of the piston 2 is transmitted to the balls 3, which are deformed by the housing 1 and the piston 2. Due to the fact that the balls 3 are placed in spherical holes on the mating surfaces with the housing 1 and
