Abstract
This invention relates to the manufacture of small diameter straight conduit pipes. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency and durability of the magnetic circuit in operation. A set of ferrite elements (PE) 2 placed on the holder 3 is placed in the work area. This zone is characterized by high temperatures and high levels of high-frequency electromagnetic fields. The FE 2 before the stop 5 cracks, burns out, and their fragments are washed away by the flow of coolant. A gap is formed between the PV 2. Installing the spring 4 between the choke and the FE 2 allows you to choose a gap and send the FE 2 to the work area. The number of stops of the pipe electric welding mill is reduced, and the conditions for the work of the welder are made easier. 2 Il.
Description
The holder 3, made in the form of a half of the operation of the magnetic circuit in a circular casing with a longitudinal slit, allows it to accommodate ferrite elements of different designs. Only ferrite rings can be used as ferrite elements of the magnetic circuit shown in FIG. 2 or ferrite hollow cylinders, since in this case the holder 3 is made in the form of a rod, the spring 4 in both structures compresses the set of ferrite elements and removes them into the working area. The stop 5 limits and fixes the position of the end of the set of ferrite elements in the working area.
The position of the magnetic circuit in the welding process is fixed by the fact that the plug 1, through which the cooling fluid is supplied, is installed in an area less exposed to heat and the effects of the magnetic field, a set of ferrite elements 2, placed on the holders 3, is characterized by high temperatures from the welded edges of the billet heated to melting and large levels of high-frequency electromagnetic fields, which cause additional heating of ferrite elements, large tempo gradients Ratur and mechanical stresses in individual areas of ferrite elements. Particularly strong effect is on ferrite elements, which are below the convergence point of the edges being welded.
At the same time, the number of stops of the electric pipe welding mill to replace the magnetic cores is reduced, and consequently, the loss of metal going to waste when the mill is stopped and started is reduced, the average technological welding speed is increased (by reducing downtime),
услови работы сварщиков,conditions of work of welders,
ферритовых элементов пружины повьшшетс эффективность и долговечность как самого магнитопровода, так и всего свароЧного оборудовани :.Thus, due to the installation of a broom, the fitting and a set of ferrite spring elements increase the efficiency and durability of both the magnetic core and the entire welding equipment:.
In addition, the application of the proposed technical solution allows to increase the average technological speed of pipe welding, to reduce the consumption of metal going to waste at. start and stop of the pipe electric welding mill,
