Abstract
FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of the strain Acinetobacter sp. ВКПМ B-3905 40 MC as a producer. Isolation and purification of enzyme is carried out by anion-exchange and hydrophobic chromatography. Strain Acinetobacter sp. 40 MC is isolated from the celomic liquid of mussel Crenomytilus grayanus. Strain shows high specific alkaline phosphatase activity (6.5-7.1 units/mg/min) and high productivity by protein (155 mg/l cultural fluid). Specific activity of purified alkaline phosphatase is 3800-5600 units/mg/min. EFFECT: increased activity and yield of the end product, simplified method. 6 cl, 5 tbl
