The rectifiers 1 and 2 are connected by outputs to the electro-filters 3 and 4. The rectifier inputs 1 and 2 are connected to the secondary windings of transformers 5 and 6, the primary windings of which are connected to the seven-seaters 7 and 8. The control inputs of the latter are connected to the outputs of the blocks 9 and 10 controls, which by their inputs through the keys 11 and 12 are connected to the outputs of the synchronizers 13 and 14. The control inputs of the keys 11 and 12 are connected to the outputs of the counting triggers 15 and 16. The counting input of the trigger 16 is connected to the output of the synchronizer 17. The output of the synchronizer 18 connected to the first entrance with ems OR 19. The trigger output 16 is connected to the first input of the AND 20 circuit and the control input of the key 12. The trigger output 15 is connected to the second input of the AND 20 circuit and the control input of the key 11. The output of the AND 20 circuit is connected to the second input of the OR 19 circuit, the output of which is connected to the trigger input 15. The synchronizers 17 and 18 are connected to the mains supply, and the seven-switches 7 and 8 are connected to the same network phases.
The device works as follows.
11Rectifiers I and 2 supply a constant high voltage (10-60 kV) to the load (electrostatic precipitators 3 and 4). Under the action of this high voltage in electrostatic precipitators, gas is cleaned from dust. Transformers 5 and 6 increase the voltage, regulated by seven-switches 7 and 8 by means of control blocks 9 and 10. The magnitude of the output voltage of the rectifiers 1 and 2 is determined by the phase of the pulses supplied from the output of blocks 9 and 10 of the control to seven tractors 7 and 8. The phase of the pulses is determined by the size of the signal coming from the output of blocks 13 and 14 of the control through the keys 11 and 12, which during one period, they are turned on, and the signals from blocks 13 and 14 arrive at blocks 9 and 10. During the subsequent period, these keys are open and blocks 9 and 10 of the control do not receive an input signal. This provides for the inter-period powering of electrostatic precipitators 3 and 4. Such power reduces energy consumption and improves the purification of gas containing high-dust dust. The alternation of periods of enabled and disabled state of keys 11
18.and 12 is carried out by triggers 15 and 16. They switch every period at the time of the network going through zero voltage, thanks to pulses supplied by synchronizers 17 and 18.
Circuit AND 20 compares the states of the flip-flops 15 and 16, and if the conducting periods of seven-striders 7 and 8 coincide in the supply circuits of the two electrostatic precipitators 3 and 4, a signal is generated that is applied to the input of the circuit OR 19. This signal changes the state of the trigger 15. As a result, the conductive states of the 7S 7 and 8 different ESPs begin to alternate. This leads to a more uniform network load, reduces the harmonics of the current network. Improvement
режима сети снижает потери энергии в ее элементах.network mode reduces the loss of energy in its elements.
