Изобретение относитс  к области электрофизических и электрохимических методов обработки ,в частности, к электроэрозионной обработке токопровод щих материалов. Целью изобретени   вл етс  упрощение конструкции орбитальной головки. Перемещение рабочего органа происходит за счет изгиба пакетов бимагнитострикционных пластин 6, помещенных в соленоиды 9, 10, при пропускании через них тока.
