Abstract
The invention relates to the study of the resistance of colored textile material to light exposure. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time to determine the tendency of individual dyes to fade in blends. The method consists in irradiating light with samples of individual dyes in two matrices of textile materials, in which the rate of formation of radicals under the action of light varies 5 to 10 times, and determining the relative degree of fading of individual dyes in two matrices. By a comparative degree of fading, the tendency of dyes to accelerated fading in blends is judged. 1 tab.

The method is implemented as follows.
Samples of individual dyes in the main matrix and in the matrix, the rate of formation of radicals in which under the action of light is 5-10 times different from the speed of this process in the main matrices, is irradiated with light, a comparative degree of fading of the same individual dye in different matrices is determined judging by the tendency of the dye to fade.
As the main matrix, polyamide textile materials are used, and polyethylene terephthalate materials are used as an additional matrix, or one material is used to achieve a difference in the rate of radical formation in it by irradiating it with polychromatic light with a different UV border.
Testing the lightfastness of the dye in matrices differing by a factor of 5 to 10 in the formation rate of its. free radicals make it possible to quickly and reliably predict the durability of dyes in mixtures

Example. In aqueous dye solutions of disperse dyes containing 2 g / l of non-ionic surfactants of the type OP-10, they paint fabric art.5075 of polyamide (PA) and fabric art. 5289 polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Dyeing mode: a cloth soaked in distilled water is placed in a dyeing solution, heated to 100 ° C for 60 minutes and dyed with boiling and stirring for 60 minutes. Rast
вор охлаждают, ткань промывают в гор чей и холодной воде, сушат на воздухе .the thief is cooled, the fabric is washed in hot and cold water, air dried.
9733.3-83.Irradiation of dye samples in two fabrics was carried out under the same conditions along with light resistance standards according to GOST 9733.0-83 to the Xenotest 1500 instrument. Irradiation mode: 7 IR filters, external quartz cylinder (UV irradiation limit greater than 320), black panel temperature 45 + 5 ° С, relative humidity in the chamber is 65%, effective humidity on the samples is 45 ± 5%. Irradiation and visual registration of a comparative degree of bleaching of the samples relative to the standards of light fastness is carried out according to GOST 9733.3-83.
In this example, the rate of radical formation in a PEF fabric is 5 times less than in a PAS fabric.
The test results are shown in the table.
The tendency of the dye to accelerate fading in blends is determined as follows.
АIf the ratio of the lightfastness points (comparative degree of fading) of one dye in two matrices is greater than 2, then it tends to accelerate fading in the presence of another dye that causes accelerated fading. In this example, such dyes are No. 1 and No. 8 dyes. For example, these dyes in the presence of No. 2 and No. 11 dyes fade accelerated. Compiler K.A
