Abstract
The invention is intended to reduce the emotional stress level of a person. The purpose of the invention is the acceleration of the method. The method is characterized by the following operations: audible signals of high and low tones are presented to the subject and GHR is recorded, which is also presented to the subject. After the extinction of a QGR, the high tone signal is combined with an electrocutaneous stimulus, the low tone signal is continued to be used in isolation. Then, the electric stimulus is served only if the amplitude of the KGR is exceeded by a predetermined level. The subject independently selects the mode, the type of sound signal and the moment of its presentation. Audible signals are randomly generated at random times, and an electrocutaneous stimulus is given when the level of a QHR is exceeded. Self-selection of the mode, timing of presentation and the type of sound signal activates the subject and speeds up the method. Testing the subject under conditions of random presentation of audio signals at unpredictable times also speeds up the method.

The drawing shows a device that implements the proposed method.
Устройство состоит из последова- тельно соединенных генератора 1 случайных импульсов, элемента И 2, генератора 3 низкого тона, а также генератора 4 регул рных импульсов, элемента И 5, генератора 6 высокого тона и громкоговорител 7, при этом к генератору 6 высокого тона через первую группу переключател 8 подключен инвертор 9, а с индикатором 10 соединены источник 11 опорного уров- н и усилитель 12 кожно-гальваническ го рефлекса (КГР) с электродами, к выходу которого последовательно подключены компаратор 13, элемент И 14, втора группа переключател 8 и фор- мирователь 15 электрокожного раздражени (ЭКР).The device consists of successively connected generator 1 of random pulses, element I 2, generator 3 of low tone, as well as generator 4 of regular pulses, element AND 5, generator 6 of high tone and loudspeaker 7, while to generator high tone 6 through the first a switch group 8 is connected to an inverter 9, and a source 11 of a reference level and an amplifier 12 of a skin galvanic reflex (GSR) are connected to an electrode 10 with electrodes, to the output of which a comparator 13, element I 14, and the second group of switches are connected in series 8 and the former 15 electric skin irritation (ERS).
The device works as follows.
On the human body, for example, on the arms, two pairs of electrodes are attached, connected respectively to the amplifier t2 KGR and shaper 15 EKR. Во втором режиме (контакт переключател 8 в среднем положении) после угасани КГР на звуковые раздражители сигнал частотой 400 Гц формирует через инвертор 9 и формирователь 15 ЭКР 50 электрокожный стимул, и этот тон приобретает свойство избирательно вызывать волну условного КГРГa high pitch generator 6, which forms a low or high pitch sound signal (for example, 200 and 400 Hz) on the loudspeaker 7. In the first mode (the contact of the switch 8 is in the upper position), the person becomes accustomed to sound stimuli. In the second mode (the switch contact 8 in the middle position) after extinguishing the sound signal to sound stimuli, a 400 Hz signal forms an electrical stimulus through the inverter 9 and shaper 15 ERS 50, and this tone acquires the property of selectively causing a wave of conditional KGRG
In the third mode (switch-on contact 8 in the lower position), a signal with a frequency of 400 Hz from the generator 6 of which tone passes to the shaper 15 EKR only when

амплитуда сигнала с усилител 12 КГР превышает напр жение с источника 11 опорного уровн , в противном случае раздражение током отсутствует, что свидетельствует о приобретении навыка эмоциональной саморегул ции под контролем зрительной обратной св зи.the amplitude of the signal from the 12KGR amplifier exceeds the voltage from the source 11 of the reference level; otherwise, there is no current irritation, which indicates that emotional self-regulation is acquired under the control of visual feedback.
The method is confirmed by the following example.
The test subject was placed in front of the oscilloscope, two pairs of electrodes were fixed on his hands — for retraction of the GSR and for causing an electric skin irritation. In the first mode, the subjects were presented in random order with audible signals with a frequency of 400 and 200 Hz with a duration of 10 s. KGR was presented on the oscilloscope screen. After the KGR had extinguished, the acoustic mode switched to the second mode, which was 400 Hz was preceded by an electro-dermal stimulus, and a tone of 200 Hz was used in isolation. As a result, the tone of 400 Hz acquired the property of selectively causing a wave of conditional GSR. In the third mode, the conditioned sound stimulus (with a frequency of 400 Hz) was backed up by an electrocutaneous stimulus only if the amplitude of the GHR amplitude exceeded a predetermined level indicated on the oscilloscope screen with a horizontal line. . After that, the audible signals were given in random order at unpredictable times "
To implement the method, it took 5 sessions lasting 15-20 minutes each „
The positive effect was confirmed by laboratory tests. Surveyed group of 6 people. To reduce emotional stress by minimizing the level of GHR, it took no more than 5 sessions (each lasting 15-20 minutes), which is three times less than the known method.
