Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности орошени и компактности устройства. По ходу жидкости последовательно соединены поверхностна теплообменна ступень 1 с теплообменными трубками 2 и контактна теплообменна ступень 3 с разбрызгивающими соплами 4. Трубки 2 установлены в чередующиес перекрестные р ды, по периферии которых между параллельными р дами в шахматном пор дке установлены разбрызгивающиес сопла 4.
