Изобретение относитс к приборостроению и может быть применено при регулировке и односторонней фиксации между собой двух деталей без их относительного перемещени . Цель - облегчение монтажа соедин емых деталей. Деталь 8 симметрично устанавливают по оси соединени относительно детали 10. Затем устанавливают кулачок 1 в радиальные пазы на винтах 13 и 14, не доворачива до упора. Далее ввертывают винт 13 до упора, при этом коническа головка этого винта упираетс в коническую заточку, перемеща кулачок в выборку 9. Это перемещение кулачка 1 происходит со скольжением по торцу 15 выборки 9 с контактированием между ними по окружности и заканчиваетс упором кулачка 1 в поверхность 16 выборки 9 с контактированием между ними также по окружности. При расположении кулачка 1 внутри конической выборки происходит заклинивание детали 10 относительно детали 8. Между кулачком 1 и торцом 7 радиального паза образуетс зазор 17 клинообразной формы. После заклинивани кулачок 1 дополнительно закрепл ют дополнительным винтом 14 с цилиндрической головкой. Дл более жесткой фиксации кулачка 1 винт 14 устанавливают между винтом 13 и выборкой 9. Использование изобретени позвол ет в два раза быстрее проводить регулировку соосности за счет возможности односторонней фиксации детали с одного ее торца. 2 ил.The invention relates to instrument making and can be applied when adjusting and unilaterally fixing two parts together without their relative movement.
