Description

This invention relates to a single-use korobon for taking cigarettes into standard packs consisting of 20 cigarettes.

Single use boxes for packaging cigarettes are known, consisting of a body with mutually parallel side walls and a lid fitted on the ledge of the body, located in its upper end part, forming with it a stepless box shape.

A disposable carton for packaging cigarettes is proposed which, according to the invention, is more user-friendly than the known cartons of the same purpose. The design feature of the proposed box is that its lid consists of fixedly mounted on the body and strengthened with the possibility of tilting the parts separated by a straight or curved band of bend formed by depressions or a combination of depressions with convexes to ensure that the flanges of the flap of the cover move apart when opening the box, while the lid has risks designed to facilitate flange tearing to the fold line.

The box consists of a main body /, a lid 2 telescopically mounted on a flat, smooth edge 3 of the body, forming a protrusion 4, the height of which corresponds to the thickness of the side wall of the lid so that the side surfaces of the lid and the body lie in one plane, ensuring the stepless shape of the box. The joint line of the housing 1 with the lid 2 is closed with a sealing strip 5 glued along its perimeter. The surface of the box is made with an exterior decorative pattern consisting of corrugated or corrugated notches 6 and a decorative pattern 7 with the name of a cigarette manufacturer. The lid 2 has a hinged part 8 and a fixed part 9 fixed on the edge 3 of the corlus, for example by means of glue. The flap portion 9 has a flange 10 that fits over the rim 3. For convenience of opening, the flip part 9 of the lid may have a tide 12. The flap part 9 and the fixed part 10 of the lid 2 are separated by a fold of bend and hinge elements, as shown, for example, in FIG. 1 and 2, which are rectilinear grooves 16 and 17 located across the two sides of the lid on its center axis. On the surface of the lid (Fig. 5) there is a bulge 23 and depressions 24 and 25 of the appropriate size, defining the line of inflection when turning the flap portion 26 (Fig. 6); each side flange has a slot extending upward some distance from the bottom edge; in fig. 6 shows a slot 27 of a side flange on one side of the box.

The recesses 24 and 25 (Figs. 5 and 6) are shown extending upward on the sides of the convexity 23 and ending in its central part 28. When the flap of the flap rotates, the recesses 24 and 25 form a straight line of the bend band passing through the central convexity 28 23.
