Целью изобретени вл етс обеспечение качественной сварки длинномерных швов на полимерных пленках методом термоконтактной сварки, в частности методом термоимпульсной сварки. Дл этого устройство дополнительно снабжено по меньшей мере одним шарнирно соединенным с основанием рычагом дл креплени прижимной упругой губки 7 и по меньшей мере двум рычажными механизмами, каждый из которых включает кулису 13 и шатун 14, при этом кулиса 13 каждого рычажного механизма шарнирно закреплена на основании 1, а шатун 14 одним концом шарнирно закреплен на рычаге 4 дл креплени прижимной упругой губки 7, а другим шарнирно св зан с кулисой 13, причем центры шарниров креплени шатуна 14 к рычагу 4 дл креплени прижимной упругой губки 7 и креплени кулисы к основанию расположены на одной пр мой, перпендикул рной основанию 1.
