Изобретение относитс к области экструдировани трубных изделий. Цель изобретени - повышеие надежности и долговечности заглушки. Заглушка дл экструдируемых полых полимерных изделий содержит корпус и торообразную оболочку. Оболочка выполнена из гибкого материала и заполнена упругой средой. Оболочка смонтирована с возможностью перекатывани внутренней поверхностью по наружной поверхности корпуса. Корпус выполнен с антифрикционным покрытием из тефлона дл проскальзывани по нему оболочки. По наружной поверхности корпуса в зоне контактировани с оболочкой выполнены продольные гофры скругленного профил . Гофры равномерно расположены по периметру. Периметр поперечного сечени наружной поверхности корпуса равен периметру наружной поверхности торообразной оболочки в поперечном сечении. В процессе перемещени трубы наружна поверхность торообразной оболочки увлекаетс внутренней поверхностью трубы и перемещаетс вместе с ней. Внутренн поверхность оболочки проскальзывает по антифрикционному покрытию корпуса без перегибов и см ти . При этом обеспечиваетс надежна герметизаци трубы за счет плотного прилегани оболочки к поверхности корпуса. 2 ил.The invention relates to the field of extrusion of tubular products.
