Abstract
The invention relates to the field of construction of hydraulic structures for the extraction of oil and gas on the continental shelf. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the complexity of construction. The floating sections of the platform include the base section 1, the supporting sections 2 and the upper section 3. The sections are lowered into water and connected to the surfacing in a chain by means of hinges 5. The sections of the base 1 and upper structure 3 are located at the ends of the chain. The resulting chain is towed to the assembly point, where the base section 1 is immersed and fixed in a predetermined position by means of support vessels 6. After that, the supporting sections 2 are alternately immersed. Each of them, after immersion, is turned around the lower hinge 5, moving its upper hinge with the help of the pusher tug 7, which feeds in the required direction the remaining fusion section of the chain. The turn is continued until the submerged portion of the chain reaches a zigzag configuration. After all the supporting sections 2 have been submerged, the submerged sections are debilled, starting from the base section 1, ensuring that the sections are connected during the ascent by closing the couplers. 7 il.
Description
п.Fig.4 The invention relates to the construction of hydraulic structures for the extraction of oil and gas on the continental shelf and can be used for the construction of oil production platforms, oil terminals, marine laboratories, etc.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the complexity of the construction.
Figure 1 shows the transportation platform to the point of assembly, top view; figure 2 is the same, side view; on fig.Z - assembly platform, top view; figure 4 is the same, side view; figure 5 - the platform at the end of the assembly; Fig. 6 shows the removal of the platform from the bottom; Fig. 7 shows the setting of the platform on a point.
The method is carried out as follows.
First, the floating sections of the platform are made: bases 1, supporting 2 and topsides 3. The sections are equipped with automatic couplers 4 for underwater fixation of the connections. After the floating sections are lowered into the water, they are connected to each other in a chain by means of hinges 5 with a horizontal axis, which are arranged along the sides of the supporting sections alternately at the level of their deck and at the level of the bottom. At the ends of the hinge chain, sections 1 of the base 1 and the upper structure 3 are placed. The floating sections connected to the hinge chain are towed to the assembly point of the platform.
B1, the assembly point is made ballasting section 1 of the base and immersed in a predetermined position (Fig. 3 and 4). In subsequent operations, section 1 of the base is held in this position by supply vessels 6 by means of a cable system. After fixing the position of the support section 1, the support sections 2 are alternately submerged by ballasting them (Fig. 3). After immersion, each section 2 is turned around the lower hinge by feeding the remaining afloat section of the chain using the pusher tug 7 until it reaches the submerged part of the chain.

З).zagoobraznoy configuration. Upon completion of the immersion of all support sections 2, the submerged sections are unbalanced, starting at section 1. As the sections ascend, the articulated chain formed by them collapses. The sections are connected to each other. At the same time, the reciprocal node assemblies are closed, which fixes the relative position of the sections at the end of the assembly (Fig. 3).
After the assembly is completed, the platform is transported to the installation site (Figures 6 and 7), the depth of which is less than at the assembly point. In place of Us.7. The platform is installed on the ground by ballasting.
