Abstract
Изобретение относитс к конструкци м роторно-пульсационных аппаратов, предназначенных дл обработки крупнодисперсных продуктов, и в тех случа х, когда механическое или физико- химическое взаимодействие частиц дисперсной фазы с рабочими органами недопустимо. Цель - интенсификаци процесса смешивани и расширение области применени аппарата. Аппарат включает ротор 5 с лопаст ми 6, образующими основной р д каналов, и с лопаст ми 7, образующими дополнительный р д каналов, смещенный в осевом направлении относительно основного р да, рабочую камеру 13 с перепускным каналом 15, раздел ющим камеру 13 на тороидальную основную 16 и дополнительную 17 полости. Аппарат содержит центральный патрубок 2, дополнительный входной патрубок 4 и кольцевую перегородку 14, расположенную между основной 16 и дополнительной 17 полост ми. Перепускной канал 15 кольцевой перегородки 14 расположен тангенциально к поверхности основной полости 16. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 1 табл., 3 ил.The invention relates to the design of rotary-pulsating apparatus designed for the treatment of coarse products, and in cases where the mechanical or physicochemical interaction of the particles of the dispersed phase with the working bodies is unacceptable. The goal is to intensify the mixing process and expand the field of application of the apparatus. The apparatus includes a rotor 5 with blades 6 forming the main row of channels and with blades 7 forming an additional row of channels displaced axially relative to the main row, a working chamber 13 with an overflow channel 15 dividing the chamber 13 by a toroidal the main 16 and an additional 17 cavities. The apparatus includes a central nozzle 2, an additional inlet 4 and an annular partition 14 located between the main 16 and an additional 17 cavities. The bypass channel 15 of the annular partition 14 is located tangentially to the surface of the main cavity 16. 2 Cp. f-crystals, 1 tab., 3 ill.
