Abstract
п. The invention relates to the printing industry and makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the process by expanding the technological capabilities of the method while at the same time improving the print quality and the runnability of the decal material. The fibrous base with a thickness of 2.5 mm and a porosity of 80% is impregnated with polyurethane latex with a dry matter concentration of 7-20%, dried in a horizontal position at 70-90 ° C and pressed at a pressure of 1.7-7.7 kgf / cm 2 for 5 minutes, at a temperature of 130-150 ° C until the porosity of the deck material is 50% and the thickness is 1.3-2.0 mm. 1 hp f-ly, 1 tab.

The invention relates to methods for producing decal material used in letterpress and offset printing machines, and can be used in the printing industry.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the process by expanding the technological capabilities of the method while improving the print quality and runnability of the deck material.
Example 1. To obtain decal material with a thickness of 1.3 mm and a porosity of 50%, a cellulosic fiber base with a porosity of 80%, a thickness of 2.5 mm from mercerized fiber, glued with melamine-formaldehyde resin, is used. The fibrous base is impregnated with polyurethane latex diluted to 7% of dry residue, dried with a horizontal arrangement of the impregnated sheet in a stream of air heated to 70-90 ° C to constant weight and pressed at 150 ° C, a pressure of 7.7 kgf / cm2 for 5 minutes .
Example 2. To obtain decal material with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a porosity of 50%, a fiber base is used, as in Example 1, which is impregnated with polyurethane latex diluted with 10% solids, dried in a stream of air heated to 70-90 ° C and pressed 150 ° C, a pressure of 3.6 kgf / cm2 for 5 minutes.
Example 3. To obtain a liner material with a thickness of 2.0 mm and a porosity of 50%, a fiber base is used as in Example 1. The base is impregnated with polyurethane latex diluted to 20% of dry residue, sheets are dried as in Example 1, and pressed at 130 ° С, pressure 1.7 kgf / smg for 5 min.
Indicators decal material presented in the table.
3The proposed method for the manufacture of decal material makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the process by using a fibrous base of the same thickness to obtain decale materials of different thicknesses (from 1.3 to 2.0 mm), which, in turn,
