Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике, а именно к устройствам дл  запирани  колостомы. Целью предлагаемого изобретени   вл етс  повышение надежности и герметизации удержани  фекальных масс и произвольной регул ции эвакуаторной функции толстой кишки. Запирающее устройство дл  колостомы содержит корпус 1 с отверсти ми 2, эластичный балон в виде тора 3, крышку 4, поршень 7, фиксатор осевого перемещени  9, жидкое масло 10. Корпус 1 вводитс  в просвет кишки до соприкосновени  крышки 4 с кожей. Поршень 7 опускаетс  вниз до упора, при этом жидкое масло 10 из корпуса перемещаетс  через отверсти  2 в балон 3, который приобретает форму тора и расшир ет просвет кишки, плотно прижима сь к ее стенкам и передней брюшной стенке. Одновременно с движением поршн  7 вниз в верхней части корпуса 1 создаетс  разр жение, в результате чего крышка герметически присасываетс  к коже.
