Abstract
Изобретение позвол ет интенсифицировать теплообмен и повысить эксплуатационную надежность теплообменников путем обеспечени равномерного распределени жидкой фазы теплонисител по трубам. В раздающем коллекторе размещено распределительное устройство, выполненное в виде системы перфорированных гофрированных лент, установленных наклонно между р дами труб 2 с примыканием к трубной доске вогнутыми част ми 5 гофр в зонах нижних образующих внутренних поверхностей труб 2 своего р да. Перфораци 6 в лентах выполнена в выпуклых участках 7 гофр, причем проходное сечение перфорации 6 в гофрах выполнено переменным от ленты к ленте, уменьшающимс сверху вниз. Газожидкостный теплоноситель, подаваемый в раздающий коллектор, попадает на гофрированные ленты, проходит через перфорацию 6 и, равномерно распредел сь по сечению трубного пучка, поступает в теплообменные трубы. 2 ил.The invention makes it possible to intensify heat exchange and increase the operational reliability of heat exchangers by ensuring uniform distribution of the liquid heat carrier phase through the pipes.
