Abstract

The invention relates to sanitary equipment of public baths and relates to the design of the mixers for a shower installation. The goal is to save water. The mixer consists of a housing 1 and a check valve 12 installed on the stem 10 with a load 11. The case is made with an upper chamber 15 having longitudinal grooves 16 on the inner surface of the walls, and a lower chamber 17 formed under the saddle 13 of the shutoff valve 12. The purpose of the invention is to save water.

The mixer to the shower installation consists of a housing 1 with cold and hot water supply pipes 2 and 3, on which valves 4 and 5 are installed, the water outlet pipe 6 to the shower grid 7, fixed to the housing 1 with a nut 8 with a gasket 9 , and mounted on the rod 10 with a load, 11 shut-off valve 12, which overlaps the saddle 13 of conical shape, formed in the sleeve 14, housed in the housing 1. The housing is made with an upper chamber 15 having longitudinal grooves 16 on the inner surface of the walls and a lower chamber 17 formed by od seat 13 of isolation valve 12.

The shut-off valve 12 is made in the form of two interconnected petals 18 with a conical side surface and protrusions 19 in the upper part, placed in the longitudinal grooves 16 of the upper chamber 15 of the housing 1. In the lower chamber 17 of the housing 1 a ring 20 is installed, the outer surface of which contacts the walls bottom camera. The ring 20 by means of the bracket 21 is rigidly fixed to the rod 10.
