Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению, ,в частности, к транспортерам-сепараторам, используемым преимущественно в машинах дл уборки корней солодки. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции и повышение качества работы устройства. Транспортер содержит вращающийс барабан 2, рабоча поверхность которого образована из шарнирно смонтированных дугообразных пластин 3, и механизм поворота последних в виде установленного над барабаном ролика 4. Кажда пластина 3 снабжена криволинейной направл ющей 9, взаимодействующей с роликом 4. Кроме того,пластины 3 имеют упоры дл ограничени угла их поворота. При вращении барабана 2 пластины 3 за счет центробежных сил поворачиваютс и образуют гладкую цилиндрическую поверхность. Поступа во внутреннюю полость барабана, корни прижимаютс к поверхности пластин 3 и поднимаютс вверх. В верхней точке барабана в результате контакта направл ющей 9 с роликом 4 происходит поворот пластины 3, котора отбрасывает корни в направлении к размещенным внутри барабана транспортирующим органам. 2 ил.The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular, to separator conveyors used primarily in licorice root harvesting machines.
