Abstract
п.ф-лы, 8 ил (О (ЛThe invention relates to a machine tool industry, and more specifically to devices for securing blanks on a lathe spindle. The aim of the invention is to provide automatic replacement of interchangeable cams. In the body 1 of the cartridge, the sliders 2 are moved by the thrust 9 through the wedge head 10. The replaceable cam 5 is installed in the slider hole, the shank of the replaceable cam has a groove with inclined generators 15, which interact with the inclined lateral surfaces. tons of windows, made in the spring-loaded check 7, located in the slider. On the shank there is a gear wreath 12, which interacts with an internal gear wreath made in slider 2, as well as a conical surface 13 interacting with a counter surface made in slider 2. At the periphery of the cam 5 there are a number of working surfaces, outlined by arcs of circles of various radii . When the cartridge is retooled to a different clamping diameter, the check 7 is inserted into the slide and the shank is released. Under the action of the spring 6, the crown 12 and the surface 13 come out of contact with the mating surfaces in the slider. By turning the cam 5, a new angular position is established, and then the cam is pushed in, overcoming the spring 6. When the cam 5 is replaced, the check 7 is inserted and the cam is inserted, and then a new one is inserted which is tightened by a check 7 based on the surface 13 and fixed by the crown 12 2 hp f-ly, 8 silt (O (L
