Abstract
2 ил. i СЛThis invention relates to a device for separating bulk materials by size, and b. applied for pre-screening. The goal is to increase the reliability of screening. The screen consists of a body, a screening surface formed by elastic toroidal shells 2, and a drive. Inside shells 2, additional shells 5 are installed, located coaxially with shells 2 with gaps in the radial direction and interconnected with each other and with shells 2 side surfaces. The distances between the shells 2 are the same, and they are placed eccentrically on the rolls 3. When the rock mass hits the shells 2, the latter are bent inwards. Depending on the force of the blow, the subsequent shells 5 are deformed, which soften the blow. The 2.5 shells so arranged provide a reduction in shock loads on the metalwork of the screen and reduce the effect on the screening of possible punctures. 2 Il. i SL
Description
,The invention relates to machines for separating mixtures of bulk materials into classes by size and can be used. used in mining and non-ore industry for preliminary screening of rock mass. ,
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the screen.
In FIG. '1 shows a roll screen, general view; in FIG. 2 - the same, a cut along the shell of the screening surface.
The screen consists of building I installed in. sifting surface formed by toroidal elastic shells 2, mounted eccentrically on rolls' 3 at an equal distance from each other, and drives 4. Inside shells 2 are coaxial and with a gap in the radial direction of the mouth 11 above 11 additional elastic toroidal shells 5, interconnected η with the outer shells 2 of the side surfaces.
Shells 2 and D) can be performed by selecting used coatings, which are rubber-cord shells of various sizes. At the same time, the resonant cord shells are installed in a large one, then they are mounted together on the rim of the 6 rolls 3. When mounting the shells, it is advisable to treat them with talcum powder or silicone emulsion, which reduce the coefficient of scuffing between the shells and increase their service life. An inflatable shell can be installed camera made of rubber.
The roar works as follows. When lumpy lumpy mass gets on the outer shell 2, it bends inward. Subsequent inner shells 5 are deformed depending on the strength of the impact, which soften the impact. In this case, the impact energy is spent on crushing the radial surfaces of the shells, air compression in the gap between the shells; harder end faces of the shells.
The sequential arrangement of shells 2 and 5 with 10 gaps between them increases the nonlinearity of the elastic deformations of the screening surface of the screen and, as a result, its damping ability, which reduces impact loads on the screen metal structures. In addition, the multilayer arrangement of the envelope'5 check reduces the impact on the operation of the screen of possible punctures of individual layers.
