Изобретение относитс  к холодильной технике и предназначено дл  ист пользовани  в пищевой промьпаленности. Целью изобретени   вл етс  снижение энергозатрат. В зимнее врем  дл  намораживани  лед ного монолита насос 8 через вентиль 10 соедин ют с теплообменником 3, который далее через вентиль 13 и трубопроводы 6 соедин ют с нижней частью емкости 4 и с верхней частью через трубопроводы 5, вентиль 9 и насос 8. При охлаждении продукта в зимнее врем  насос 8 соедин ют через вентиль 10 с теплообменникрм 3, который через вентиль 13 соединен с теплообменником 1 дл  охлаждени  продукта и через вентиль 9 - с насосом 8. При охлаждении продукта в летнее врем  нижние части емкостей 4 вентил ми 13 и 9 через трубопроводы 6 соедин ют с теплообменником 1, а насос 8, вентиль 10 и трубопровод 11 соедин ют с верхней частью емкостей 4. Хладагент, охлажденный в емкост х 4 за счет аккумулированного в зимнее врем  холода, поступает в теплообменник 1 и охлаждает продукт в камере 2. 3 ил.
