Abstract
Изобретение относитс преимущественно к конструкци м шнековых транспортеров зерноуборочных и сило-- соуборочных комбайнов. Цель изобретени - повьппение надежности работы. Шарнирное соединение дл креплени пальца 6 содержит корпус-4 и направл ющую 9. Отверстие в направл ющей 9 выполнено в виде двух обращенных меньшими основани ми друг к другу усеченных конусов. Большие основани конусов выполнены в виде эллипсов , большие оси которых расположены в плоскости поворота пальца 6. Усили ,- возникающие в отверстии направл ющей 9 при возвратно-поступательном и колебательном движени х пальца 6, -приход тс на кромки меньшего основани и попеременно на образующие конусов. Тем самым исключаетс заклинивание пальца 6 при любом его изгибе во врем работы шнека . 5 ил. The large bases of the cones are made in the form of ellipses, the major axes of which are located in the plane of rotation of the finger 6. The forces, which appear in the opening of the guide 9 during reciprocating and oscillating movements of the finger 6, occur at the edges of the smaller base and alternately form cones . This prevents seizure of the finger 6 during any bending during the operation of the auger. 5 il. F
