Устройство содержит электродвигатель 1с редуктором 2, привод щий в движение роликовые перистальтические насосы 3 и 4, термостат 5, емкость 6 дл  взвеси исследуемых, клеток, систему 7 трубопроводов с вентилем 8, емкость 9 дл  диализата и ультрафильтрата , магнитную мешалку 10 и рабочую  чейку 11. Верхн   часть  чейки 11 состоит из решетчатой подложки, камеры дл  диализата. Средн   часть  чейки 11 состоит из полупроницаемого фильтра, помещенного между уплот- .нительными кольцами, камеры дл  взвеси клеток и магнитного активатора, Нижн   часть  чейки 11 состоит из диафрагментного компенсатора, ком- пенсирук цей воздушной полости дл  предохранени  полупроницаемого фильтра от повреждений избыточным давлением .
