The invention relates to the protection of instruments and equipment against vibrations and shock loads.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the working range of low frequencies, which is achieved by the constructive implementation of the elements of the shock-absorbing support.
FIG. schematically shows the proposed damping support, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - installation of the object on the shock-absorbing supports.
The shock absorbing support comprises a base 1 and the shock absorbing 2 and the core 3 elements intended for communication of the latter with the protected object. Each shock-absorbing element 2 is made in the form of a hollow body 4 with a sleeve 5 coaxially installed in it with a gap, rigidly connected with the core element 3, and located on opposite sides of the sleeve 5, elastic elements 6 in the form of shields of elastic material, and mounted on the end of the core element 3. The fixation of the elastic elements b is provided by the lid 7. The core elements 3 are curved. In addition, the core elements 3 can be bent at an angle of 90 ° in the middle part.
The shock-absorbing support works as follows.
When the cushioning elements 2 are moved one relative to the other, both linear and angular displacement of the sleeves 5 relative to the housing 4 occurs. At the same time, the washers 6 are deformed, providing vibration isolation of the object. The length of the core element 3 is selected from the condition of the floor
As a result of the insertion of the core element 3 between the damping elements 2, a considerable working stroke of the damping support is provided with relatively small working strokes of the damping elements. 2, which reduces the resonant frequency of the support.
Конструкци виброизолирующей опоры позвол ет использовать стандартные амортизаторы дл создани низкочастотных подвесок с резонансными частотами в 2-3 раза ниже и с рабочими ходами в 3-5 раз пре-- выщающими ходы стандартных амортизаторов .The design of the vibration isolating support allows the use of standard shock absorbers to create low-frequency suspensions with resonant frequencies 2-3 times lower and with working strokes 3-5 times longer than standard shock-absorbers.
