Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к породо- разрушающему буровому инструменту и позвол ет повысить долговечность работы долота путем более равномерного распределени  нагрузки по подшипникам и венцам шарошек. Долото содержит лапы 2 с цапфами 1, много- венцовые шарошки 6, удерживаемые на цапфах 1 посредством замкового шарикового подшипника 4. Последний размещен между периферийным и концевым 3 опорными подшипниками. Все венцы расположены на шарошках 6 согласно соотношению (A-R) d/2, где А - максимальное рассто ние от оси долота до центра шарика замкового подшипника 4; R - максимальное рассто ние от оси долота до точки пересечени  оси симметрии венца с образующей шарошки ; d - диаметр шарика замкового подшипника 4. При выполнении этого услови  обеспечиваетс  уменьшение неравномерности распределени  осевой нагрузки по отдельным подшипникам и венцам шарошки. 1 ил.
