Цель изобретени - повышение надежности-и быстродействи . Устройство состоит из переходника с фланцем 1, ст жной муфты 2, выполненной в виде раструба, уплотнитель- ной прокладки 3, установленной в кольцевой проточке 4 ст жной муфты 2. В пр моугольных окнах 5 раструба расположены профилированные кулачки 6, вращающиес в направл ющих втулках 7 на хвостовиках 8, на концах которых закреплены руко тки 9 с пружинными кольцами 10. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION 1. 1.
