Abstract

The invention relates to medical technology, namely to surgical suturing apparatus for imposing linear sutures on biological tissue during surgery. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the trauma of the organ during suturing by reducing the dimensions of the working part of the apparatus. The device contains a bracket housing 1 with a bracket magazine, in which a through longitudinal groove and two rows of figured grooves under the brackets with pushers located in them are made; a thrust casing 8 with holes for bending the brackets, a mechanism 10 for setting a piercing gap and a wedge 11 with a knife 12. Each row pusher is connected by a jumper with another row pusher. The wedge with a knife is designed as a fork, the knife 12 is located above the working part of the wedge. The bracket body is pivotally connected by an axis 15 with the support body 8. The invention relates to a medical equipment, namely to surgical stapling apparatus for imposing linear sutures on biological tissue during surgery.

The aim of the invention is to reduce the organ's regularity when applying a seam by reducing the dimensions of the working part of the apparatus.

The surgical apparatus for applying linear seams contains a bracket body 1 with a bracket shop 2, in which a through longitudinal groove 3 and two rows 4 and 5 of curly grooves 6 under the brackets 6 with pushers 7 located in them, a resistant body 8 with holes are made. 9 for bending the brackets 6, the mechanism 10 for setting the piercing gap 20 and a wedge 11 with a knife 12, each pusher of a row 4 is connected by a jumper 13 with a pusher of a row 5.
