Abstract
This invention relates to the diagnosis of toxemia. The aim of the invention is the early diagnosis of the disease. The washed erythrocytes of the examined patient are incubated for 15 min with aniline naphthalene sulfonate, the precipitate is separated by centrifugation, a 1% solution of Triton X-100 is added to the supernatant, measured on a fluorimeter, and the amount of bound aniline naphthalene sulfonate with erythrocytar is determined paste the patient. At a value of 0.875 nmol per 1 million erythrocytes and above, toxemia is diagnosed.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to the diagnosis of toxemia, and can be used to detect and determine the toxicity of substances causing the syndrome of endogenous intoxication, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of detoxification therapy.
The aim of the invention is the early diagnosis of the disease.
Example 1. Red blood cells washed by an isotonic sodium chloride solution of the patient under study (0.5 ml erythrocyte paste) are incubated for 15 seconds with 0.5 ml of a solution containing 8 X XYu® mol 1.8 aniline naphthalene sulfonate (1.8 ANS) , centrifuged for 2 minutes at 8000 th-rpm, 0.5 ml of supernatant was taken, 2.0 ml of 1% aqueous solution of Triton X-100 was added, measured on a fluorimeter (recovery 365 nm, Lregistr. 465 nm) the amount of unloaded 1.8 ANS against a solution containing 0.5 ml of the initial solution 1.8 ANS and 2.0 ml of 1% aqueous solution of Triton X-100, by calculation l the amount of bound ANS 1.8 and the last index in excess of the limit of 0.875 nmol / million diagnosed toxemia

Example 2. Bg. J., was admitted to hospital for residual effects of acute abscess of the upper lobe: patient E. - exacerbation of chronic pneumonia on the basis of bronchiectasis. The data of clinical, biochemical and immunological blood tests did not allow objectifying the diagnosis of toxemia, despite the presence of clinical signs of intoxication in patient J., the data of the listed blood tests were identical. The study of the sorption of the ANS probe on the surface of the erythrocyte membrane according to the proposed method gave the following indicators:
нар ду с основным также диагноз синдрома эндогенной интоксикации и провести соответствующую дезинтоксикационную терапию , результатом которой вилось значительное улуцщение состо ни больного, что нащлр свое отражение и в показател х сорбции АНС-зонда по предлагаемому способу -patient J. 1,307 nmol / million cells, in a patient with E-0.817 nmol / million. cells, which made it possible to objectively expose the patient J. along with the main diagnosis of endogenous intoxication syndrome and carry out appropriate detoxification therapy, which resulted in a significant improvement in the patient’s condition, which is also reflected in the sorption indicators of the ANS probe according to the proposed method -
клеток.one week after starting treatment, 0.628 nmol / million. cells.
Thus, according to well-known clinical tests, early diagnosis of toxemia is difficult, while at the same time
метода флуоресцентного зондировани мембран эритроцитов позвол ет объективно и с достаточной точностью диагностировать токсемию на ранних этапах ее развити .The method of fluorescent probing of erythrocyte membranes allows objectively and with sufficient accuracy to diagnose toxemia in the early stages of its development.
