SUBSTANCE: new semiproducts of the general formula II:are wherein a); R- -CH; b) R- -OH; R-(CH)-CH-OH; c); R- -(CH)-CH-OH, prepared by reaction of N-acetylthyroxine N-oxysuccinimide ester and histamine dihydrochloride in aqueous in the presence of triethylamine. The compounds of the formula I are synthesized from said semiproducts by treatment with NaJ in the presence of phosphate buffer and chloroamine T in water followed by elution with 50% methanol. Radiochemical yield, % ; molar activity, KC/mole; radiochemical purity (% ): (a) 30; 1500-2000; > 95; (b) 35; 1500-2000: > 95; (c) 20; 3700-4000; > 90.
