<p> The invention relates to a measurement technique and can be used in various temperature measurement systems with a thermal resistance sensor. </ p>
<p> The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy by taking into account the change over time of the nonlinear characteristic of the thermistor. </ p>
<p> The drawing shows a block diagram of the proposed device. </ p>
<p> The device includes a temperature sensor 1, which includes a thermistor 2, an electric heating element 3 and a thermal diode 4 measuring. Converter 5 resistance to voltage, the circuit of which includes a thermistor 2, an additional measuring transducer 6, the circuit of which includes a thermal diode 4, a computing device 7, the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the measured. unit converters 5 and 6, and a control unit 8, the input of which is connected to the output of the computing device 7, and the output - to the heating element 3. </ p>
<p> The device works as follows. </ p>
<p> The process of temperature measurement is carried out in several cycles, </ p>
<p> In the first cycle, the resistance K, thermistor 2 and the voltage drop 1 ^ at the p-η junction of · thermodiode 4 are measured in the mode of constant current magnitude in the forward direction at the current temperature T-, This information is stored in the computer 7. < / p>
<p> In the second cycle, the thermistor 2 and the thermal diode 4 are heated with a current Ι γ </ sub> of the heating element 3 and the resistance of the thermistor 2 is measured and the voltage drop ϋ 2 </ sub> on the diode 4 in steady state heating. Information about changes in the parameters of thermistor 2 and thermodiode 4 is also stored in the computing device 7. </ P>
<p> In the third cycle, thermistor 2 and thermodiode 4 are further heated with current 1 2 </ sub> to 2Ιγ and, respectively, resistance resistance sensor 2, voltage drop and 3 </ sub> values are measured on the thermal diode 4 and current 1 2 </ sub> preheating. </ P>
<p> According to the measured values of the voltage drop across the thermal diode 4, determine the temperature and AT 2 </ sub> the heating of the thermistor 2 and the diode 4 in the second and third cycles, respectively: </ p>
<p> where is the sensitivity coefficient of the thermal diode 4. </ p>
<p> The above ratios are obtained taking into account the fact that the thermistor 2 and the thermal diode 4 are in fairly good thermal contact with each other, and the characteristic of the thermal diode is linear and constant over the entire range of measured temperatures and in time, respectively, i.e. "(= SOP5G. </ P>
<p> Computing device 7, determining the values of AT, and dT 2 </ sub>, determines the true value of temperature b: </ p>
<p> = </ sub> 4T, _LT 2b </ sub> </ p>
<p> To DT 2 </ sub> - ΪΚ + ΐ) Γτ, ’</ p>
<p> The value of T; determine the constants A and B of the thermistor: </ p>
<p> 1n | 1 (T · + a T) -T, </ p>
<p> in </ sub> = - -------- ί ----; </ p>
<p> a = ΐςβχρ (- --®), </ p>
<p> used in operating conditions for remote (without dismantling) calibration and calibration of the thermistor and the thermal diode. </ p>
<p> In the proposed device, instead of a thermal diode, other temperature sensors with a linear temperature dependence, such as a resistance thermometer, can be used. </ p>
