The powder mixture filled to the ampoule is evacuated, sealed, heated and extruded, the front and rear caps are removed, heat treated, reheated and rolled to obtain a rod 6–8 mm in diameter, the rod is cold drawn to a wire of the desired size.
1458081Example. To obtain welded wire of brand Sv10X19N23G2M5FAT with an average mass fraction of elements,%: C - 0, .3; MP - 2; Si - 0.5; Cr - 19; Ni — 22; Mo - 5; V - 1; Ti - 0.5, use a capsule with a diameter of 320 mm, a working space of 700 mm and a wall thickness of 10 mm. The shell is made of St K), the shell mass is 53.5 kg, the content of elements in the shell, kg: C 0.054 J Mp 0.27; Si 0.15; Cr 0.05; Ni 0.1, the rest is iron. The capsule is filled with purified waste from the abrasive cleaning of blanks from steel 12X18H10T in the amount of 180 kg, the content of chemical elements in the waste is, kg: C 0.18; Mp 2.7; Si 0.54; Cr 34.2; Ni 18; Ti 0.9. To match the chemical composition of the wire to the required content of the elements, the scraping waste is mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained with graphite powder in the amount of 0.017 kg, manganese — 2.05 kg, silicon — 0.3 kg, chromium — 13.5 kg, nickel — 37 , 1 kg, molybdenum - 12.5 kg and vanadium - 2.51 kg, total weight of the mixture of powders is 248 kg. The capsule is filled with the mixture obtained and compacted mechanically, with a filling density of about 65% being achieved. The capsule with the powder is sealed by welding the front and rear: 1 ry krshek, heated to 1,150-1,180 (; and extruded on a horizontal hydraulic press with a force of 90–808 mm).
PAF in the amount of 247 kg, nopoDioK titanium in the amount of 1.0 kg is added, compacted, sealed and extruded, after extrusion, the front and rear clamps are cut, the capsule shell with a mass of 53.5 kg is removed, the rods are reheated, rolled and drawn to wire. (О The results of the comparison of the proposed and known methods are given in the table.
