The invention relates to medicine and can be used in the drainage of purulent wounds.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of mechanical cleaning of a closed wound from purulent-necrotic masses and blood clots.
Pa Fig. 1.2 shows a drainage device placed in a closed wound; Fig. 3 shows an elastic casing, the general view of Fig. 4.5 illustrates schematically the release of the openings of the drainage tube from the sealing masses; Fig. 6 illustrates an auxiliary device for putting on an elastic sheath on a tube; Fig. 7 illustrates the step of putting the casing on the tube.
12,13.The drainage device comprises a perforated drainage tube 1 with two removable tubular elastic shells 2, 3 placed at opposite ends of the tube 1. The shells 2 have the possibility of relative movement relative to the tube 1. Each shell 2 has clamps 3,4 at the ends, 5 with central holes 6.7. The latch 3 is designed to secure the sheath to the outer surface of the tube 1, and the latch 4 to secure the patient’s skin. For fitting on the tube 1 of elastic shells 2,3 use an additional device with pivotally connected branches 8, 9 having nozzles 10,11 with guides 12,13 at the working ends.
The method of drainage of purulent wounds is carried out as follows.
14.After the operation, a perforated drainage tube 1 is placed into the wound for further irrigation-suction drainage. As usual, the ends of the drainage tube 1 are led to the skin through additional incisions, and the surgical wound is sutured tightly. After that, continuing to work under sterile conditions, elastic shells 2,3 are put on the free ends of the drainage tube 1, for which the branches 8.9 with nozzles 10.11 push the opening 6 of the fixer 4 to a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tube 1, the cavity of the shell protruding ends of the tube 1. Then the additional device is removed, the latch 4, due to the elasticity, grabs the drainage tube without clamping it. The fixer 5 is sealed to the skin, for example, glued with AK-85K glue. Additionally, the latch 5 can be attached to the skin with a sticky patch, passed through the loop 14.
In the initial state, the shells are set so that one of them, for example, under 2 — in the straightened state, and the other — under 3 — in the corrugated, compressed state.
After such placement and fixing of the tube, it is connected to the medical solution container on the one hand and to the vacuum suction on the other hand (not shown). In some cases, the treatment solution may be introduced into the drainage tube with a syringe.
С противоположной стороны наружу из раны выходит та часть дренажной трубки, котора находилась в глубине раны и располагаетс в полости расправившейс оболочки , ранее бывшей в сжатом состо нии .Then, at certain intervals of time, determined by the state of the wound, the drainage tube is moved in the longitudinal direction in a reciprocating manner. The part of the tube that was in the unfolded sterile sheath moves deep into the wound, and the sheath itself is compressed. On the opposite side, that part of the drainage tube that is located at the depth of the wound and is located in the cavity of the straightened membrane that had previously been in a compressed state, comes out of the wound.
In this case, the shells are elements that fix, insulate and prevent movement of the tube.
Periodic movement of the drainage tube facilitates the release of the holes in the tube from blood clots, pus, facilitating their further excretion into the canal of the tube, and from there into the collection vessel.
The range of movement depends on the length of the shells.
