Abstract
The invention relates to the field of analytical chemistry, in particular to photometric methods of analysis, and can be used to determine tin in various natural and technological objects. The aim of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and selectivity of the determination. The method consists in transferring the tin to the complex with CJ-Bryum-p-nitroacetophenone in the presence of pyridine in dimethyl sulfoxide and photometreize it at a wavelength of 498 nm. The sensitivity of 1-10 mg / ml, the determination of tin does not interfere with B, Cr (III), Cu, Co, Fe, Mg, Mn, and other elements. 1 tab.

The invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular, to photometric methods of analysis, and can be used to determine tin in various natural and technological objects.
The aim of the invention is to increase the sensitivity to the determination selectivity.
Example. In the determination of tin in natural water, 250-300 ml of water filtered through a cotton swab are evaporated on a rotary evaporator to a dry residue, which is then dissolved in 5-6 ml of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). To 1 ml of a sample of water in DMSO is added. About μl of pyridine and 1 ml of a solution of co-bromo-p-nitroacetophenone (BNAF) in DMSO with a concentration of 7 mg / ml.
The resulting mixture is stirred and photometrically at a wavelength of 498 nm. Sensitivity of determination. 1 "10 mg / ml. Selectivity is characterized by the fact that B, Cr (III), Cu, Co, Fe, Mg, Mn, and other elements do not interfere with the determination.
The table shows the experimental data characterizing the influence of the reaction medium on the optical density of the sample solution, with a tin concentration of 0.1 mg / ml, with optimal contents of the remaining reagents indicated in the example of the method.
