Abstract

This invention relates to silicate technology and can be used in the electronic, radio engineering and communications industries. In order to reduce the temperature coefficient of linear expansion, the glass contains the following components, wt%:, 42.7-47.8; ZnO 33.4-39.9; PbO 13.7-16.8; SiO 3.7-6.4. The use of this glass when creating special purpose devices will allow you to increase: their reliability and stability by improving the quality of the spa. The temperature coefficient of linear expansion of the glass is (42.2 - 45.0) x 10 degrees 1 tab.

Description

The invention relates to the technology of silicates, in particular for covare junctions, and can be used in the electronic, radio engineering industry and the industry of communication devices when creating high-precision instruments.

.The aim of the invention is to reduce the temperature coefficient of linear expansion. .

For melting glasses, quartz sand, red lead, boric acid, and zinc oxide are used. Glasses are cooked in corundum crucibles with a capacity of O, 1 kg in an electric furnace with silicon heaters at 1300 C. The table shows the specific compositions and physical properties of the glasses.

The use of oxides, ZnO, PHO, SiO in the glass composition within the specified limits provides this glass with the required set of properties. The use of glass will improve the stability and reliability of devices by improving the quality of the spa glass - covar, and reduce energy and material consumption.
