SUBSTANCE: aluminum-base alloy contains, % by weight: silicon 2-6; copper 2-6; magnesium 0.1-0.5; manganese 0.1-0.5; titanium 0.1-0.2; cadmium 0.1-1.0; antimony 0.05-0.3; iron 0.3-0.7; zinc 0.5-3.0; tin 0.5-1.5; aluminum the balance. Allowable amount of contaminants, % by weight: nickel up to 0.2; lead up to 0.1; zirconium up to 0.1; other contaminants below 0.15. Zinc and tin introduced into alloy allow friction coefficient to be reduced to 0.010-0.012 and extreme wedging force to be increased to 23-26 MPa, with tensile strength being maintained within the range of 220-250 MPa, yield stress - 160-230 MPa, specific elongation 0.5-3.5%, hardness 95-105 and wear 6.0-6.9 micron.
