Description
Изобретение касаетс способов выделени метилэтилкетона из его смесей при помощи бисульфита натри .This invention relates to methods for recovering methyl ethyl ketone from its mixtures using sodium bisulfite.
According to known methods of this type, the subsequent isolation of ketones from bisulfite compounds is carried out by treatment with alkali or soda, or a partition; with water vapor. In the first case, a substantial amount of alkaline reagents and sodium bisulfite is required, which is converted to sulfite as a result of the reaction. In the second case, a large amount of energy is consumed in the preparation of steam.
60°.According to the proposed method, in order to simplify and streamline the process, the aqueous solution of methyl ethyl ketone bisulfite compound is subjected to extraction with toluene at a temperature of 60 °.
Этилацетат и метил№ 145238The proposed method can be used, for example, to isolate methyl ethyl ketone from a mixture of oxygen-containing compounds obtained by the liquid-phase oxidation of butane. This mixture can be divided by distillation into acetic acid and two technical fractions with a boiling range of 54-64 ° and 64-98 °. The second fraction contains approximately equal amounts of methyl ethyl ketoia and ethyl acetate (40-45% each), 5-10% water and small amounts of methyl acetate, acetone, methyl, ethyl and butyl alcohols. This fraction is treated with a 30% aqueous solution of sodium bisulfite or a solution of bisulfite, which has already been used in this process. In this case, methyl ethyl ketone is fully bound and transferred to the lower aqueous layer. The top layer containing ethyl acetate and a small amount of water is dried and commercial ethyl acetate is obtained. The aqueous solution of the bisulfite compound also contains about 1.5% ethyl acetate, which is isolated by extraction with a small volume of toluene (10% of the aqueous solution) at a temperature of 20 °. At the same time, almost all ethyl acetate and a small amount of methyl ethyl ketone (about 10% of the initial one) are transferred to the extract. Ethyl acetate and methyl # 145238
Таким образом, бисульфит натри и толуол регенерируютс в данном процессе и их расход определ етс лищь незначительными потер ми.ethyl ketone is distilled from toluene and returned to the bisulfite treatment stage. The bisulfite solution, free of ethyl acetate, is heated to a temperature of 60 ° and at this temperature it is again extracted with toluene, which under these conditions passes 60-65% of the original methyl ethyl ketone. In the distillation of toluene, methyl ethyl ketone is obtained in the form of a dry commercial product that meets the requirements of GOST. Toluene from the methyl ethyl ketone distillation is again used for extraction, and the bisulfite solution containing after extraction in a bound state about 30% (from the initial) methyl ethyl ketone can be used again to treat the crude methyl ethyl ketone - ethyl acetate fraction. Thus, sodium bisulfite and toluene are regenerated in this process and their consumption is determined by slight losses.
The proposed method is simple, economical and allows the recovery of methyl ethyl ketone from a mixture with ethyl acetate without the expense of any chemical reagents.
