Description
In all known anparate designs for removing suspended particles from a liquid, the cathode is located at the bottom of the vessel below the anode. This was due to the fact that hydrogen bubbles formed on the cathode play the main role in lifting suspended particles. Therefore, it is imperative that hydrogen bubbles pass through the entire mass of the clarified liquid. To this end, the cathode and placed at the bottom of the tank. A significant disadvantage here is that the graphite or carbon electrodes, located above the cathode, place the suspension of suspended particles. This limits the possibility of reducing the voltage of a constant electric current by increasing the surface of the anode and by minimizing the proximity of the electrodes.
тьиость аппарата повьпнаетс .The proposed apparatus for clarifying a liquid differs from the known ones in that the anode is made flat and is located in a vessel with an inclination to the horizontal plane, due to which the productivity of the apparatus is recognized.
The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the proposed device.
4.The fluid is pumped through the pipeline to the receiving section 2, from KOTopoii the liquid enters the working section 3 through the slit-hole, and then into the working section 4.
е. при поступлении жидкости с большой скоростью (например непосредственно из трубопровода), образуютс гидравлические потоки, преп тствующие процессу осветлен 1 жидкости .The slit-like opening is made along the entire length of the vessel so that the liquid enters the working part of the apparatus at low speed. Otherwise, i.e., when a liquid enters at high speed (for example, directly from the pipeline), hydraulic flows are formed that impede the process of clarifying 1 liquid.
The clarified liquid from section 4 through the valve 5 is fed for further processing.
9.The graphite anode 6 and the anode space are separated from the working tank and from the grid cathode 7 by the diaphragm 8. The gas bubbles formed at the anode are discharged through the pipeline 9.
One of the known methods used for this purpose in flotation machines is used to remove the floating sludge head.
