Abstract
1. Способ вибрационного контроля машины, заключающийся в том, что анализируют вибросигнал отклика, вызванного действием периодической нагрузки на контролируемый узел машины, определяют собственные частоты узла и боковые составляющие спектра вибрации с частотой ω+nΩ где Ω - частота периодической нагрузки; ω- собственная частота узла машины; n = 1, 2, 3, ..., отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения чувствительности обнаружения трещин ротора турбомашины, воздействуют на ротор периодической нагрузкой с частотой, равной собственной частоте ротора, оценивают наличие трещин ротора по величине отношения амплитуд боковых составляющих к амплитуде соответствующей собственной частоты ротора.2.
