The purpose of the invention is to reduce the trauma while ensuring the tightness of the colostomy.

The device consists of a plastic tube 1, the outer end of which has internal and external threads 2. A flange 3 is put on the external thread, the diameter of which completely covers the opening of the colostomy. A double-walled floor cuff 4, made of thin elastic rubber, is put on the outer surface of the plastic tube; the cuff is sealed and securely fixed on the surface of the plastic tube 1.
