Q The invention relates to a measurement technique, intended for use in devices for recording and converting mechanical and acoustic oscillations into an electrical signal. Possible areas of application are vibrometers, acoustics, sensitive elements, reacting to pressure drop, wave energy converters. The invention is an increase in sensitivity. On housing 1, elastic elements 2 and a porous partition 3 are installed, dividing the case into two chambers. On both sides of the porous septum 3, signal electrodes 5 are installed. When a pressure differential occurs, the elastic elements 2 bend, through the electrolyte 4 they act on additional membranes 6 made of a dielectric material and give rise to a flow potential. Additional membranes 6 have an opening 7, and their rigidity does not exceed the rigidity of the elastic elements. 1 il. Q

The invention relates to a measurement technique, is intended for use in devices for recording and converting mechanical and acoustic oscillations into an electrical signal, and can be applied in vibrometry, acoustics, sensitive elements, reacting to pressure drop, and converting wave energy.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity.
The drawing shows an electrokinetic transducer, a cut,
The device comprises a housing 1, filled from the ends with elastic elements 2, the porous microchannel partition 3 divides the housing into two chambers filled with electrolyte 4, the signal electrodes 5 are installed on both sides of the porous partition 3, and in additional membrane 6 with a central hole 7, made of a dielectric material. The stiffness of the additional membranes does not exceed the rigidity of metallic elastic elements.
Electrokinetic Converter works as follows.
Перепад давлени между упругими элементами 2 через электролит 4 воздействует на дополнительную мембрану 6 и передаетс через нее на преобразующую пористую перегородку 3j вызыва за счет электрокинетического эффекта возникновение потенциала течени ,The pressure drop between the elastic elements 2 through the electrolyte 4 acts on the additional membrane 6 and is transmitted through it to the transforming porous partition 3j causing, due to the electrokinetic effect, the occurrence of the flow potential,
The introduction of an additional membrane 6 made of a dielectric breaks down the signal circuit

объем жидкости и тем самым повышает чувствительность преобразовател .fluid volume and thus increases the sensitivity of the transducer.
The presence of the technological opening 7 to improve the filling of the housing 1 with electrolyte leads to the closure of a part of the signal through this opening. Lp should reduce the losses to the minimum radius of the opening 7 not more than 1/3 of the radius of the metal elastic element.
In order for an additional 6 ke membrane to influence the characteristics of a converter, its impedance should be well below the impedance of the elastic element, which is easily realized with thin, low elasticity (Young's moduli) materials. This condition is well satisfied by the fluoroplastic. The presence of a technological aperture also significantly reduces the acoustic impedance of the additional membrane,
