Устройство дл  соединени  термо- пластичных материалов заклепками содержит корпус 1 (фиг.О, в котором подвижно установлен шток 2 со смонтированными на нем ползуном 3 и толкателем 4 включени  нагревателей 5. Шток 2 кинематически св зан с ползуном 3 коромыслом 6 которое своими выступами 7 взаимодействует с толкателем 4. Коромысло 6 зафиксировано на штоке 2 фиксатором 8 (фиг.2), ус- тановленным в полуос х 9 коромысла 6. Направл ющими полуосей 9 коромысла служат пазы 10 (фиг.2), выполненные в корпусе 1. В штоке 2,. имеющем кулачковые выступы 11, закреплены пуан|соны 12 дл  формовки замыкающей головки заклепки, выполненные из материала с большой теплопроводностью. На ползуне 3 шарнирно закреплены подпружиненные держатели 13, выполненные с криволинейными участками 14, прилегающими к кулачковым выступам 11. В держател х 13 установлены нагреватели 5, которые через разъем 15 подсоедин ютс  к блоку 16 питани . Включение нагревателей осуществл етс  толкателем 4 (фиг.З), при взаимодействии которого с планкой 17 замыкаютс  контакты микропереключател  18. Устройство должно быть расположено относительно заклепок таким образом, чтобы в момент подБода нагревателей 5 к заклепкам полуоси 9 коромысла 6 (фиг.2) переместились к основанию пазов 10 корпуса 1. После выдержки, необходимой дл  разогрева заклепок (фиг.4,II), шток 2 с закрепленными в нем пуансонами 12 снова перемещаетс  к заклепкам дл  формовки замыкающих головок заклепок, при этом толкатель 4 (фиг.З выходит из сопрнкосковени  с планкой 17 и нагреватели отключаютс .
