The invention relates to medical technology, namely to traumatology and orthopedics.
Цель изобретени - обеспечение точной установки кондуктора на бедренной кости путем предупреждени его соскальзывани .The purpose of the invention is to provide accurate installation of the conductor on the femur by preventing it from slipping.
1.FIG. 1 shows an orthopedic conductor mounted on the femur; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. one.
12.The orthopedic jig contains a curved guide 1 of a cut section, one shoulder 2 of which is made with a pointed support in the form of a hook 3 with a curved bar 4. The shoulder 2 has a clamping movable support made in the form of an arcuate rod 5 whose plane is perpendicular to the plane hook 3. On the other shoulder 6 of the guide 1, there is a movable arm 7 with a conductor sleeve 8 having a central 9 and an additional 10 holes, the thickness of which is displaced outwardly along the longitudinal axis of the guide 1. Arcuate the rod 5 is fixed to the slider 11, which is connected to the shoulder 2 by means of the fixing screw 12.
In the upper part of the bracket 7, spikes 13 are made on both sides for communication with the bone. The bracket 7 is connected to the guide 1 by means of a clamp 14 having a locking screw 15 and a stop screw 16. The central hole 9 and the additional holes 10 are 4 mm in diameter, and the axes of the additional holes 10 are located circumferentially from the axis of the central hole 9 9 mm, and the axis of the central hole 9 is displaced relative to the edge 17 of the guide downwards by 7 mm and from the bend vertex 18 of the inner surface of the hook 3 to the arc-shaped rod by 22 mm.
Orthopedic conductor is used as follows.
При этом верхн грань 17 направл ющей 1 упираетс в костную основу (дно) межмыщел- ковой мки, подт гиваетс кпереди так, чтобы шип 4 на конце крюка 3 зафиксиро- After opening the knee joint and bending in it to 90-110 °, shoulder 2, oriental 1, with an ovally curved end in the form of a hook 3, is inserted into the inter-musculaus bone and along the inner surface of the external condyle of the thigh so that the hook 3 goes beyond the posterior edge and located in the place of its transition to the diaphysis, covering the posterior condyle of the femur. At the same time, the upper edge 17 of the guide 1 abuts against the bone base (bottom) of the intermicrocellular pus, is pulled towards the front so that the spike 4 at the end of the hook 3 fixes

This position is stopped by an arcuate shaft 5, which is slid on slider 11 on shoulder 2 of guide 1 so that it is positioned in the anterior section of the knee joint in the inter-muscular groove and this position is fixed by screw 12. Thereafter, the conductor sleeve 8 with the bracket 7 moves along shoulder 6 up to the stop of its pinch 13 into the outer part of the condyle and clamping 14 locking the shoulder 6 with the guide 1 with the fixing screw 15, and then pressing the condyle with the stop screw 16. Using a drill (not shown), additional holes 10 are used to drill channels in the bone before the drill goes into the inter-musculo bone.
At the end of drilling, the drill bit (not shown) is removed, the fixing screw 15 of the clamp 14 is lowered, the conductor sleeve 8 with the bracket 7 with the clamp 14 is retracted and the guide is removed.
When drilling channels in the proximal tibial bone or in the inner condyle of the femur, a different guide is used, which is appropriately bent and shortened to ensure the symmetry of its stop end with the central axis of the conductor sleeve 8. The stop end of this guide 1 is placed under the vision control in the place of the necessary positioning the outlet, the conductor sleeve 8 is clamped and the bone is drilled through the central conductor hole 9 and then the guide is removed.
