Abstract

The invention relates to an agricultural machinery industry and serves the purpose of increasing threshing performance while improving the process and increasing throughput. FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular, devices for threshing agricultural crops.

The purpose of the invention is to increase threshing performance while improving the process and increasing throughput.

The drawing shows the threshing-separation, its structure, general view.

The thresher is separated; its device contains a drum 1 with a vrasen drive, on the shaft 2 of which small 3, medium 4 and large 5 disks are fitted, equipped with whips 6. The drum 1 is made in the form of two truncated cones 7 and 8, which are located with large bases one to another. Under the drum 1 there is a frame 9 parallel to its axis, on which the deck 10 is mounted, made in the form of two separate sections 11 and 12, brought into oscillatory motion. Sections 11 and 12 are mounted relative to each other along the guides by means of oscillating mechanisms 13 and 14 with cams 15 and 16 mounted on shaft 2, adjusting mechanisms 17 and 18. The working surfaces of sections 11 and 12 correspond to the conical shape of drum 1.

The device works as follows.

The whips 6 of drum 1, capturing portions of plant mass, impart movement to them, and threshing and grain separation occur. By moving, portions of the mass receive different circumferential speeds depending on their position relative to drum 1, as a result of which the mass is unevenly distributed and redistributed the width of the threshing device. Due to the oscillations of the sections 11 and 12, the threshing gaps between them and the drum 1 are changed, which contributes to increased productivity and separation. The rigidity of the drum 1 is such that the deformation of the drum 1 in its central part is avoided.
