Description

Известны способы программного управлени  угловыми или линейными перемещени ми исполнительного органа металлорежущих станков, основанные на использовании р да последовательно установленных на валу электрических катущек и дисков, образующих магнитопроводы. Способ программного управлени  угловыми или линейными перемещени ми исполнительного органа металлорежущих станков состоит в том, что в пор дке и последовательности, определ емых программой, производ т отключение от цепи питани  катушек 1, установленных на валу 2, благодар  чему составные диски 5 отключенных катушек имеют возможность повернутьс  на углы, определ емые величиной зазоров 4 между выступами 5 дисков 3 и регулировочными винтами 6. Ширина зазоров 4 измен етс  в пор дке возрастани  таким образом, чтобы углы поворота дисков 3 соответствовали разр дам кода, прин того дл  программировани , например двоичного.
