The invention relates to methods for treating wastewater from cationic surfactants and can be used in the chemical, petroleum and pulp and paper industries, as well as in the building materials industry. The aim of the invention is to improve the degree of purification and simplify the method. In order to carry out the purification process, an organic reagent is introduced into the solution and a flotachonic treatment is carried out. Salts of lauric or myristic acid and aluminum or iron chloride, introduced simultaneously with their stoichiometric ratio, are used as an organic reagent. The method allows to increase the degree of wastewater treatment from cationic surfactants to 99.9%. The residual surfactant concentration in water does not exceed 0.3 mg / l. 3 tab.

The invention relates to methods for treating wastewater from cationic surfactants (primary aliphatic amines C, and their salts, alkyl pyridine derivatives, quaternary ammonium salts, cetasol, etc.) and can be used in the chemical, petroleum, and pulp and paper industries. as well as in the building materials industry.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification from cationic surfactants (CLAV) and simplify the method of water treatment.
In the chamber of a flotation machine, 1 l of a solution containing 100 mg of the hydrochloric acid salt of dodecylamine is placed. The oil is added to water in the form of a finely dispersed concentrate. 1, regardless of the flotation time and the cleaning efficiency of the proposed method (flotation using aluminum myristate) is higher than using a known method (flotation with engine oil),

99,9%.Example 5. 1 l of a solution containing 100 mg of cetasol is placed in the chamber of a flotation machine, then aluminum chloride is added to the solution and the amount of stoichiometrically necessary for the formation of 50 mg of aluminum laurate. After 2 minutes of stirring, the solution is subjected to a 15-minute flotation treatment. The degree of flotation of cetazol is 99.9%.
99,9%.Example 6. The conditions are the same as in Example 5. The conditions are the same except for: the concentration of the salt-acid salt of dodecylamine is 75 mg / l, the concentration of iron laurate is 50 mg / l, the degree of flotation of the salt-acid acid dodecylamine is em 99.9%.
From examples 5 and 6 it can be seen that the use of both laser aluminum and iron laurate also ensures a high degree of water purification from CPAE.
For complete purification of water containing, for example, 100 g / m hydrochloric acid salt of dodecylamine, 50-100 g / m polyvalent metal salt is necessary.

A decrease in the salt concentration of the polyvalent metal of fatty acid to g 25 g / m reduces the degree of flotation to 90%.
