Abstract
QThe invention relates to the industrial purification of gases and liquids, as well as to the knitwear industry and can be used in the chemical, petrochemical, engineering and other industries of the main and auxiliary industries in the separation of heterogeneous liquids and gases, in particular suspensions and dusts. The aim of the invention is to increase the filtration capacity and reduce the regeneration time. For this, the polyurethane yarns in the loops of the tubular knitted filtering fabric structure are under tension of 1.5-4 N / mm, which allows to increase the filtration performance by reducing the regeneration time by reverse flow of liquid or gas by 3.5-6%. time. 2 ill., 1 tab. The invention relates to the industrial purification of gases and liquids by means of tubular and cartridge filter elements, as well as knitwear production, and can be used in chemical, petrochemical, engineering industry and other industries that use such dies mainly in the auxiliary production.
The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity of the filtration process and reduce the regeneration time.
I shows the structure of the filter material during filtration; in fig. 2 - the same, during regeneration.
3.The loops 1 of polyurethane thread 2, which is under tension of 1.5-4 N / mm, form an extremely dense knit fabric, in which the filtering surface has minimum pore sizes 3.
Under the action of the backwash of the washing fluid or gas, the tubular filtration of the material is stretched. Loop 1 increases its geometrical dimensions and thereby increases the pore size 3 of the filtering surface.
Example 1. A filtering process and a dp of 2% suspensions of polyvinyl chloride particles in water obtained by washing after suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride are carried out. Particle size varies between 18-120; NK. The filter element consists of a cylindrical body, you
